Registration:

Would you like Ideal to stock your schools uniform? Please contact us through one of the methods listed below and we would be more then happy to add your school to our porttfolio. The process is quick and easy and we do not require contracts. 

Shipping Information:

Here at Ideal Uniform's, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item is in stock orders will be filled immediately, and will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Tracking numbers will be available upon shipping. If an item is out of stock or must be customized the order can take as much as 7-14 business days to ship out.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your item, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charge) or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Underwear, socks and tights are not refundable or exchangeable.

Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with the size or item that you purchased and you would like to exchange it within 30 days of your purchase, simply send it back to the location that it came from along with a note stating what item/size you would like us to change it for and we will ship it back to you imediatley. If the purchase is made outside of New York we will ship it back to you at our cost. If the purchase is made inside of New York the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Tax Policies:

Only customers living in New York State will be charged tax. Taxes will be assessed based on State and Regional law
