HOW TO ORDER WITH IDEAL UNIFORMS:


1)Customers can come in to one of our stores and purchase their items on the spot 7 DAYS A WEEK.

2) Customers can call in orders over the phone, if the items that are ordered are in stock they will be received within 72 hours. If an item is out of stock it generally takes 1-2 weeks until their order will be received.

3) Customers can order on our user friendly website www.Idealuniform.com

4) We offer in school measurements, where we show up at your school and take orders directly from you. Orders placed at the school are delivered well in advance of school opening, allowing ample time for any exchanges. Please revert to your school price list to see when your school measuring is.

5) Customer's are welcome to mail in orders to one of our locations, please revert to your school price list to find out which is your designated location.

Online Ordering Information:

When ordering with Ideal Uniforms simply pick the size grade your child is in, and order what you need its that simple. If you would like to know more about your schools uniform please refer to your childs school uniform list or call us so we can further assist you. If your child is new to the school and you dont know your childs specific uniform, just fill in what you need and make sure to enter your schools name at checkout we will do the rest. If you have any questions on an order you wish to place or an existing order, please call one of our locations and we will gladly assist you:

Shipping Information:

Here at Ideal Uniforms, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item is in stock orders will be filled immediately, and will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Tracking numbers will be available upon shipping. If an item is out of stock or must be customized the order can take as much as 7-14 business days to ship out.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your item, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charge) or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Underwear, socks and tights are not refundable or exchangeable.

Tax Policies:
Only customers living in New York State will be charged tax. Taxes will be assessed based on State and Regional law
