Shipping Information:
Here at Ideal Uniform’s, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item is in stock orders will be filled immediately, and will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Tracking numbers will be available upon shipping. If an item is out of stock or must be customized the order can take as much as 7-10 business days to ship out.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your item, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charge) or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Underwear, socks and tights are not refundable or exchangeable.
